Energy Advice For Citizens


As a valued member of our Sustainable Energy Community network, we wanted to extend you an invitation to a Citizen Workshop that is running as part of a Consumer Dialogue - The new Consumer Agenda event organised by the European Commission and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.


The hybrid event will take place online and in the Chartered Account's House, 47-49 Pearse Street Dublin 2 on the 25th November. You can choose whether to attend online or in person.

The afternoon session 13:00 - 14:30) "Citizen Workshop - Getting Ready for the Winter" may be of particular interest to you. There will be two workshop topics to choose from:

  • Topic 1: Energy Saving lightbulb & home energy bills basics, with Eric Dennis, Dublin mentor for the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) and Isabella Donnelly, Senior Energy & Environmental Consultant.

  • Topic 2: Joining an energy community and grants, with Ruth Buggie, Programme Manager, and other colleagues from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI)
